4. Gently bite down and use your tongue to suck out any air or excess water from the mouthguard. You can also use your fingers to press the mouthguard into place on the outside.
5. Leave the mouthguard in your mouth for 30 seconds, then remove it and rinse it under cold water.
6. If the mouthguard doesn't fit perfectly, repeat the process until it does.
