Wrist Guards

Wrist guards for kids on roller skates and scooters

When you fall on roller skates, you catch yourself with your hands. That is why wrist guards are the piece of protection that prevents the most injuries for children learning on roller skates for kids – and they are just as useful on a stunt scooter or a skateboard.

A good wrist guard has a rigid splint on the inside of the wrist, which stops the hand from bending too far back, and Velcro straps that can be tightened so it stays put without pinching. Here you find wrist guards from CORE and Tempish in sizes for kids and adults. Measure around the wrist and choose the size from that measurement.

If your child needs full protection, a protection set with knee, elbow and wrist guards is the simplest solution, and for the scooter and the skatepark a pair of knee pads with a hard shell is the most important addition. Helmets and all other gear are collected under protection.
