Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Right of withdrawal

You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on goods bought from us. The period runs from the day you receive your order. If you exercise it, we refund the full purchase amount, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer.

Notice can be given by email to info@scootworld.com. State clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may attach our model withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of this page.

Simply refusing to accept the parcel does not count as withdrawal unless you also send us a clear statement.

365-day extended returns

On top of the statutory right of withdrawal, we give you 365 days to return goods bought from us, on the following terms:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You cover the cost of return postage.

The extended return right is a voluntary offer from us and does not limit your statutory rights.

In the portal you can register your return and create a return label. Once the process is complete, we send the relevant documents to the email address you provided.

Once we have received your return parcel, our customer service team will process it as quickly as possible. If the return meets the conditions, we refund the purchase amount.

Condition of the goods on return

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In other words, you may examine the item as you would in a physical shop.
