The size of your scooter is decisive for your performance. This visual guide covers the three core areas: total height, bar width and deck dimensions. Use our 2026 calculator to find your setup.

A rule of thumb is not always enough. Your scooter has to match your height, your shoe size and your riding style (Park vs. Street).
TOTAL HEIGHT
-
■
Navle-reglen:
The bar should sit somewhere between your hip and your navel when you stand on the deck. -
■
Park vs Street:
Park riders often prefer lower bars (for whips), while street riders want them higher (for balance).
BAR BREDDE
-
■
Skulderbredde:
Baren skal ideelt set have samme bredde som dine skuldre. -
■
Tilpasning:
Remember you can always cut a bar narrower with a hacksaw. Better to buy too wide than too narrow.
DECK DIMENSIONER
-
■
Foot size dictates width:
Bigger feet need a wider deck (5.0" - 6.0"+) to land safely. -
■
Weight vs space:
A wide deck gives more room for grinds but adds weight. Park decks are kept narrow (4.5" - 4.9").

DIMENSIONER & TOLERANCER
BAR → BREDDE
The width of your bar defines your control. A wide bar (580mm+) gives leverage for grinds and manuals (Street). A narrow bar (under 550mm) makes the bar spin faster on barspins (Park).
DECK → LENGTH
Length affects turning radius and foot space. Short decks (19"-20") are easy to spin (tailwhips). Long decks (21"-23") give stability in the air and room for bigger feet.
