Delivery

If you order before 16:00 on weekdays, we ship the same day. Orders placed after that will be shipped the next business day. We have day-to-day delivery, which means that we strive to deliver all orders from weekday to weekday. Your items are shipped with GLS and can be delivered with or without delivery. You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with the return, and you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged when you return it.
